GAMH offers a range of services to people who may be experiencing problems with their mental health, such as

The Charlie Reid Centre
The Charlie Reid Centre offers support to people who have mental health problems. There is a café, and a number of rooms for relaxation and activities such as art and computing. There are also services and support for carers.
The Centre is at 19 Elmbank Street, Glasgow, G2 4BT (map).

Breathing Space
Breathing Space is the free, confidential phoneline and website for people in Scotland (particularly men aged 16 – 40) who are feeling low or depressed. The phoneline is open 24 hours at weekends, and from 6pm – 2am Monday –Thursday.
The Breathing Space phoneline is staffed by trained specialist advisers who can listen, offer advice and signpost callers to agencies in their local area that can help with more specific problems.
Breathing Space is confidential and the free phone number won’t show up in telephone bills. Mobile phone users should check with their network as they may be charged for the call.
