We are delighted to present I.E... involving expertise, improving effectiveness.

We aim to improve the: quality, quantity, equality and authenticity of service user involvement* across Scotland.  

 We offer professionals who plan or provide services  training, capacity building , advice and support.

Our vision is that all people in Scotland have real opportunities to influence policies, practices and perceptions that affect them.
