Our homelessness network contributes to the improved linking and targeting of housing, opportunity and wellbeing systems, procedures, protocols and practices. This is achieved through
- providing opportunities for networking and sharing information through an annual conference, regular voluntary sector forums, cross-sector practitioner working groups, cross-sector local forums, and bulletins, reporting as appropriate to take forward any issues arising
- developing and implementing common processes for identifying evaluated good practice
- collating information from systems and frameworks to feed into monitoring processes such as crisis response, health and homelessness, and employment and opportunity
- identifying, investigating and building capacity for priority areas of practice which support our aims
