Employability and Homelessness

Employability and Homelessness in Glasgow: Evidence and Aspirations provides a detailed analysis of the employability issues relating to people affected by homelessness in Glasgow.

The conclusions of the report are based on the evidence provided by a survey of over 300 people, and on a series of focus groups attended by over 100 people, all of whom were currently experiencing homelessness.

Worklessness and employability are at the top of the policy agenda both in Glasgow and across the rest of Scotland, and this report represents a major contribution to developing an evidence-based understanding about the relationship between homelessness and employability.
