Is Scotland Fair Enough?

People all over Scotland, in their homes, families and communities, are talking about the type of Scotland they want. The Scottish Government recognised this and is developing a new social justice action plan that is built on what is important to the people of Scotland. We want to make sure that this action plan understands the experiences of people facing hardship, exclusion and inequality every day – those with most to benefit from a better, fairer Scotland.

SHIEN and the Scottish Government held lively roundtable discussions in Glasgow on Friday 5th February 2016 and a report, Is Scotland Fair Enough? was launched. The report was the result of a survey held earlier in the year which asked people what was unfair about Scotland and what could make it better.
