Breadwinner, Dougie has been made redundant, but tells no one. When his wife uncovers his deceit, she angrily tells him to leave the family home.  Follow his journey through bureaucracy, embarrassment and confusion. Reduced to sleeping rough and begging for money, Dougie’s health fails, and we are left unsure of his final destination.
