Three service users confront communication problems, and get good advice from an unusual quarter. This play deals with issues around service user involvement tools, and highlights that where some service user involvement techniques are helpful to some service users, they are not for others.

The play focuses around a ‘live comments box’ chatting to service users with varying issues to feedback in a supported accommodation unit. The play is lighthearted but also conveys powerful messages around inclusion, the importance of a service user voice being heard.
